Let it cook till all the water from the chicken has dried off, no need to add any additional water. Sorry for not making it clear :) Do let me know your feedback.

Re: Pan Fried Chicken and Quinoa with Butternut Squash and Spinach

Am anxious to try this delicious and healthy dish. Sorry if I missed it somehow, but the chicken recipe says to cook until the water evaporates yet I don't see anything about how much water to start with unless 4 no's is it, because I don't know what that means.

Re: Tender Coconut Pudding

You could definitely try with unflavored soy milk or almond milk. If using coconut milk, light coconut milk would be good. Hope it turns out good.

Re: Cream of Mushroom and Chicken Pasta – Quick Fix meal

nice! you might want to visit gourmetrecipe.com as well :) they have as great recipe as this.

Re: Tender Coconut Pudding

hey thasneem... this receipe sure looks good. But i've recently realised that i'm allergic to milk. Is there some way I can try this out as a non-dairy pudding. Would substituing milk with coconutmilk/soy milk etc work? Please do let me know what you would suggest.
